Dear Friends, i am the frequent traveler for business purpose. I booked hotel thro Agoda. I reached 10 am to the property that is 2 prior check in time. i request for early check-in.. just for 2 hours they charged Rs. 800/-. But i am not ready to pay Rs. 800/- just for 2 hours. So i told the reception no issues just 2 hours i can wait in the lobby. But receptionist said, pay and check in now.. or go out.. come back after 2 hours.. They force me to pay Rs. 800/- without any option i paid and check in @ 10 AM. The staff was not professional.

I had to stay with my family at this hotel on November 19 th,2017.We booked royal deluxe room cost 2464 rs on 15 th november 2017, 12.30 pm through there hotel website.I got the acknowledgement reciept from the merchant site the day itself.I spoke to the lady at the reception(unfriendly ) on 16 th and 17 th regarding room confirmation.She said she didnt recieve the payment and she asked me to contact The General manager.I called him every single day to know about the status of payment and room confirmation.He said he will get back to me ,BUT NEVER. Finally i reached with my family 12 .00 midnight from the airport and they are saying again they didnt get the payment. And they alloted a room for us and took 2500rs again from me during chek out.RECIEPT attached.I called the GM he said he will get back to me ,and i showed the payment reciept from the merchant site. He wasnt convinced.I reached back my home town and today its 26 th november ,No REFUND,No mail,No call. So what i find this as utter IRRESPONSIBILITY ,CHEATING, Very bad customer behaviour.DEAR ALL,KINDLY REFRAIN FROM GETTING CHEATED FROM THIS TEAM.

Extremely helpful staff and manager - they went out of their way to make us all feel comfortable. It's a new hotel, the rooms and furnishings are in perfect shape, and the room design was very good for families with kids (we had a suite that had one double bed + 2 single beds)

Good: Very clean room and bathroom, good quality mattress and kettle, helpful and polite staff, set of good quality toiletries provided everyday, breakfast has variety and south indian food is good, hot almond milk in 30 rupees for room service is a steal deal Bad: Commode was very small, instead of providing extra large wash basin the designer should have spent money on bigger commode, upper category rooms also seemed to have same size commode, bathroom drainage was far away from shower which made whole area wet, our most basic category room (called deluxe room) felt congested for a family of three. Improvement areas: North Indian food is just average

Staff were very courteous . Rooms very neat & gives an sense of luxury ! yes i mean real luxury . Breakfast was neat hygiene . loaded with amenities and indeed beautiful paintings & interiors . Place is actually located strategically centre to most places near by .
